Directions from Pembridge
From the centre of Pembridge, take the turn between the 2 pubs The New Inn and The Red Lion.
Pass Pembridge Primary School on the right.
Keep left round the bend. Pass the village hall (red brick building) on the right.
After approx 1 mile, pass Dunkerton’s Cider on the left.
After approx half a mile, cross a small bridge and pass a black and white dovecote on the right.
Take the next right, signposted “Tibhall Lodges”.
After approx 1 mile, take the 2nd turning on the left, signposted “Broxwood Barn Cottages”.
Bear right into the driveway.
